Process based operation

Part of OpASHA's success is how it has made every aspect of our outreach fully replicable.  Operation ASHA documents all activities and field practices. Each person has a written job profile and detailed instruction for doing each piece of work. Operation ASHA's program managers and counselors are put  through a detailed training during which they learn about the DOTS program, shadow other counselors and are put through mock-counseling sessions. Each potential counselor and program manager has to pass a written and an oral test before being put on the job.  This basic unit can be replicated a hundred-times over and produce similar results each time.

A replicable unit looks like the following:
